Accessible information requests must indicate, with complete clarity, the facts, reasons and request to allow us to verify that the request is reasonable and legitimate. You can fill out the accessibility complaint or request form, print it out and present it at any of the places indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure for the Public Administrations. Communications, complaints and requests for accessible information will be received and processed by the General Subdirectorate for the General Inspection of Services and Relations with Citizens.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE If, once an accessible information request or complaint has been made, it is rejected, you do not agree with the decision made or the response does not meet the requirements indicated in Article 12.5, the interested party may file a claim. Furthermore, a claim may be filed once a period of twenty business days has elapsed with no answer having been obtained. The claim can be filed using any of the options provided under Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure for Public Administrations. Claims must be sent to the General Subdirectorate for Information and Communications Technologies at the Ministry of Industry and Tourism as the Unit responsible for Accessibility at said Ministry, or if the claim is in relation to the specific action of said Unit, to the unit’s hierarchical superior.
